Now Hiring - Key Account / Customer Service Representative in Newburyport, MA

Full time professional Customer Service Representative role needed for a fast paced, growing Footwear licensing company.

Located north of Boston, MA, we are a fun, fast-paced and growing Footwear licensing company focused on the athletic and action sports markets. We are currently looking for a full-time Account Management Representative to join our Customer Service team to help deliver best-in-class service to all of our customers.

In this role the successful candidate will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer e-mail and telephone inquiries.
• Process orders submitted through email, phone, or EDI as requested by dealers and sales reps within specified timeline.
• Process shipping credits, returns and refunds.
• Answer inquiries from all customers regarding the status of orders, product information, and inventory status.
• Recommend suitable products and up-selling as needed.
• Work with sales reps to ensure timely deliveries and provide assistance regarding their accounts.
• Work with the warehouse on all backordered items a develop action plans accordingly.

The successful candidate will have:

• 1+ years of related professional account management experience
• High level of proficiency in the use of Word and Excel; prior Netsuite or ERP system’s experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize work load and multi-task
• Athletic industry experience is an asset
